The disc was not initialised so if you are not confident in doing this find someone who is. There isn't much more I can say about an SSD. Mymemory have always supplied excellent products.

As someone who takes old devices and fixes or refreshes them to be given to charity, I purchased this to put in an old atom laptop. The difference is amazing. If you have an d machine and want to wake it up and join in the race again then you will achieve that easily with this.
