Only one bud worked but when told of this they quickly replied with possible cures, sadly they didn't work but a refund was very swift and great customer service. Recommend the company 100%.

I was a little apprehensive about buying these as they were extremely cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed, build quality and sound is really good, charging case is a massive bonus too. All in all I would definitely recommend these earbuds especially at the price I paid £10, I can’t comment how good they are for running as I don’t run, not for pleasure anyway. I use these when walking around site at work and they haven’t fallen out yet and I usually struggle with earbuds.

For build and audio quality, I would rate it 5 *.

However, I am rating it low as initially it struggled to pair with devices. And this was experience of many people who bought from the "HotUKDeals.com" mymemory deal batch in Aug-2022. After multiple uses it is now stable.
Another concern is that the earbud slips from the ear, especially left one.

So cheap so I wasn't expecting much from these ear buds, but I was so surprised at the quality of sound and ease of use. I love them.
