Very very impressive. Much better than other units that cost a lot more. Better speed, stability and stronger signal.

Works well as a mesh system and great value for money.
App does not work so need to set up from web interface- not too difficult, but you need to have a reasonable understanding of networking.
Also the guest network has a time feature and switches off after the time expires. Maximum is about 3 days which is a pain if you use the guest network to segregate IOT devices from your main network for security reasons.

I was surprised to find out that the device it is so strong signal. Much better than virgin media router. Now all house and garden covered with good signal. Back of the garden 240mb from 260.

If you have a good internet connection but Poor/Bad WiFi these will sort it out to your max internet connection speed. These create a new WiFi connection with guest options as well. My speed connection when from 45-74 mbps to a solid 137mbps even better than using a 35mtr LAN cable connection. You CANNOT use the app until you connect to the mesh WiFi first.
100% perfect for me and the price was fantastic.

Bit fiddly to set up but now working fine and giving great signal throughout house much better than my WiFi extender that I tried previously.
