The ordering process, updates, delivery, price were all OUTSTANDING from My Memory and the 2nd gen Nest Mini is still the one to beat for responsiveness and knowledge-base. It's not a SONOS (though it can be linked to one!) but its sound is much better than the various Alexa devices I've had. Wonderful value :-)

We all are familiar with Google as a search engine but to access Internet radio and as a source of information the mini is a winner
