If you move the USB by even 1mm, it reboots the webcam so 20s without it. Happens constantly.

The product looks great externally. A good plug and play webcam that has a sleek design and hooks onto my screen easily. Unfortunately the quality of the image isn't what I expected. I look grey or green even when lighting conditions are optimal. I have reverted to using my laptop's built-in camera.

Good picture, very wide angle only fault is the white balence is to high

Maybe a bit wider angle view than expected, but a really good product for the money so far - and no blue haze if the protective film is removed!
