This is a very cost efficient memory stick, ideal for backing up my laptop and transferring both photos and files around. The download speeds are excellent coupled with the memory size a great choice for everyone. Great price paid and delivery 1st class.

For the purpose I needed this for, I needed in fat32 file format, due to the size of the drive, windows can not format into fat32, not the usb drives fault, so had to use a 3rd party software to format, but drive kept erroring out, eventually managed to format and use for its purpose but was a hassle. I believe the problem was mostly Microsoft Windows rather than the USB drive, but still took a couple of hrs just to get it to do a simple task of format the drive

The first one I received was faulty, with write speeds around 7Mb/s initially and dropping to less than 1Mb/s after the first 200Mb or so and then to 15kb/s or so. I wasted hours trying different USB ports, PCs, drivers, reformatting to different file systems etc. Eventually returned painlessly to MyMemory and around 2 weeks later got a replacement sent back which now writes around 100Mb/s as advertised. If you have issues with yours don't waste hours on fixes when it might well be worth returning. Good customer service, apparently sometimes a glitchy product.

Been heavily used since receiving. No issues, transfer speed very good even when using USB 2.0 port
