So I've bought this SSD to upgrade my slow laptop, original it was fitted with a 1TB HDD and it's always been slow from new loading up from off, even when leaving the laptop on hibernation to reduce loading time it was still so slow! I should have done this upgrade a long time ago.
After the install of the SSD the time to load from off was 17 seconds (ready to use) and 7 seconds to shut down. Very happy and impressed with the drive and would say to go for it if you're thinking of an upgrade. Unfortunately I don't have the time it took for loading and shut down on the previous drive but it was well over double the time of the new drive. I'm thinking of ordering another one for my PC which is currently running on an m.2 drive but the if I bought it then it would be used to store games/software's.
